A sorcerer’s apprentice who inspires millions of people: The stories of the young magician Harry Potter made it from the books to the cinema screens of the world and into the theater. And it’s not just there that you’ll meet fans of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in costumes.
It’s hard to believe that the first volume of the Harry Potter heptalogy was published 26 years ago – more precisely, “The Philosopher’s Stone” was published on June 26, 1997. Since then, the books have been sold more than 500 million times worldwide. The adventures surrounding Hogwarts School have now even made it to the theater stage: in December 2021, the play “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” celebrated its premiere in Hamburg. Not only was the performance highly anticipated, but also the costumes. Suitable accessories for real Harry Potter fans
1. Wand in Ollivander box
This authentic replica is the Magic wand by Harry Potter. However, the detailed prop was not made from holly wood and a feather from Fawkes (Dumbledore’s phoenix), as in the book, but only from cold cast, a heavy plastic. The magic wand is delivered in a box from Ollivander’s magic shop.
