The central question is this: Should you feel sympathy for Harry and Meghan? The public, ie the part of the public that you experience when you spend too much time on the Internet, is divided in opinion. On the one hand are those who don’t understand how anyone could not sympathize with Harry, after all he lost his mother in a paparazzi-driven car accident and therefore compelling reasons to want to protect his wife. Meghan, on the other hand, has actually experienced so much sexism and racism that one would have to be a monster not to pity her – or a sexist racist, same difference.
