During his speech, Thomas Cazenave, the Minister Delegate in charge of Public Accounts, announced that this system of “flat rate participation” for employees on their personal training account should be “ implemented from this year “. A measurement “ which will allow us to generate 200 million euros in savings out of a total of two billion », explains Thomas Cazenave.
As for the level of this obligatory remainder, it “ aims to be at least 10% of the cost of training », indicated Bercy. For its part, the Ministry of Labor explained that “the modalities (for applying compulsory participation, editor’s note) must still be discussed with the social partners” and that they “are therefore not yet completely arbitrated ” for now.

Indeed, the unions have expressed their disagreement with the establishment of a compulsory flat-rate contribution for employees using their CPF. “ For the moment, there has been no decision made on the remainder of the charge.
