343 Industries has announced that they are working on a PvE mode for Halo Infinite. For this purpose, campaign AI is built into Forge.
The developers of Halo Infinite have leak out let them work on a PvE mode for Halo Infinite. It is still unclear how far the development has progressed and when the new mode will appear.
Firefight co-op mode may return Halo Infinite back where you have to hold your own against waves of enemies. Certain Affinity may have taken on that work, having long ago announced a partnership with 343 Industries to develop “exciting new content” for Halo Infinite.
Another exciting detail was also revealed: “We’re working on the best way to bring campaign AI into Forge,” was called it by Michael Schorr – Forge Lead Designer at 343 Industries. This could mean that soon players will simply be given the tools to create their very own PvE modes in the Forge.
