There will not be for everyone. 2,000 half-price plane tickets will be on sale for Algerian supporters who wish to travel to Ivory Coast, host of the African Cup of Nations from January 13 to February 11.
The president “Abdelmadjid Tebboune, gave directives to cover 50% of the travel costs to Ivory Coast for 2,000 supporters,” the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) announced in a press release on Thursday.

The FAF welcomed “a measure reflecting the desire to bring supporters closer to their team during its matches” and thanked the Head of State for this “laudable initiative which denotes his permanent and unwavering support for the national selection and the supporters” .
