It’s a simple, almost trivial question: life, how does it work? The answer to this is of course anything but trivial and people have always sought it. The moral theologian and physician Matthias Beck will explore all facets of this question at the “Philosophical Salon” in the Small Theater Haar on Monday, November 21. Is there a guide to life? Can one learn life, practice life, find orientation? Among other things, Beck deals with the connection between body and soul and works out the existential dimension of Christian spirituality. The event starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
