The hackers behind the $14.5 million Team Finance attack on Oct. 27 will refund the project and keep 10% of the stolen funds as bounties. and return other tokens to affected projects.
The hackers extracted assets from Team Finance through Uniswap v2-to-v3 migrations, where liquidity from Uniswap v2 assets on Team Finance was transferred to the attacker-controlled v3 pairs, as explained by PeckShield.
The stolen funds included USD Coin , CAW, TSUKA and KNDA, with some of the affected tokens being CAW. sufferwith a sharp drop in prices due to the liquidity crisis that followed.
