Advice usually precedes help. Because not everyone knows where and how to get support. That is why the Haar Bürgerstiftung not only passes on foundation funds and donations. For ten years now, she has been running a consulting office that anyone who has financial worries, has to deal with family crises or has trouble with the landlord can turn to. The office in the Poststadel training center, Münchner Straße 3, is also the right place for questions about the need for care or for training and further education.
The services offered by the office run by Monika Malnowski are free and open to all residents of Haar. According to a statement, one focus is on assistance in issuing living wills and health care powers of attorney. Citizens are advised in case of uncertainties and doubts. If necessary, the office puts people in touch with institutions or puts them in direct contact with authorities, landlords or the pension insurance company. The advice is confidential and free of charge thanks to the support of the community foundation.
