Haar near Munich – trouble with mobile homes and trailers – district of Munich

The problem persists: The community has now put up prohibition signs so that the permanently parked mobile homes are removed, especially in Eglfing. But there are still difficulties in implementing the regulation, and trailers are increasingly being placed in parking lots. Mayor Andreas Bukowski (CSU) recently said in the municipal council’s building committee that it would take some effort to attach the prohibition signs to the individual parking areas. It is not possible to identify a blanket ban zone for long-term parkers. In addition, the city of Wolfratshausen, which is contractually commissioned to monitor parking spaces in Haar, is currently struggling with staff shortages, which is why no parking tickets are often issued. However, Bukowski expressed confidence that the problem would be under control. Even trailers should not be parked there permanently. The building committee of the municipal council also decided in November to offer a former sports area on Brunnerstraße as a long-term parking space for mobile homes. 25 mobile homes could stand on 1600 square meters of land.
