The “Do you understand fun?” Moderator Guido Cantz is corona-positive in his own words. Last Thursday he was still celebrating carnival. After all: his double vaccination seems to save him from serious consequences.
TV presenter Guido Cantz says he has tested positive for Corona. “I cannot say when and where I was infected. I have been vaccinated twice and have been testing myself daily for 14 days,” Cantz wrote on Thursday on Facebook. In the comments on his post, some users put a possible connection to 11.11. in Cologne: Cantz had opened the carnival session on stage at Cologne’s Heumarkt.
Guido Cantz will host “Do you understand fun?” For the last time on December 18.
Cantz, who, among other things, runs the ARD show “Do you understand fun?” moderated, is in quarantine according to his post on social media: “I’m fine and I’ve had mild symptoms so far.”
The last “Do you understand fun?” Issue with Cantz is on the program on December 18. His departure will be accompanied by performances by Francine Jordi, Jörg Pilawa, Isabel Varell, Andy Borg and Arabella Kiesbauer. Barbara Schöneberger will be his successor from 2022.
