The injuries that a 27-year-old Gröbenzeller suffered on New Year’s morning after a physical attack on him turned out to have serious consequences: The victim now has to undergo an operation for various facial fractures, according to the Olching police, who are therefore repeating their call for witnesses.
As reported, a dispute broke out on New Year’s Day in Gröbenzell’s Bahnhofstrasse, during which two strangers hit the young man and probably also kicked him in the face. Although three patrols from the Olching police were quickly on site after a somewhat belated notification, the previously unknown persons were able to flee, and the subsequent search was unsuccessful.
The alleged perpetrators are described as follows: about 17-year-old youths, one with blond hair, the other with black hair. To clarify the fact, witnesses are asked to contact the Olching police on 08142/2930.
