One against which the 828-meter-high Burj Khalifa in Dubai, currently the tallest building in the world, is a toothpick. One against which “The Line” as the titanic coke line from Saudi Arabia, planned as a 170 kilometer long strip city for nine million inhabitants on the Red Sea, is slumped.
