People came to the Mall at Buckingham Palace from all over the world on Wednesday, from all sorts of cities and countries. On Wednesday Queen Elizabeth II left Buckingham Palace for the last time, the coffin with her body was carried in a procession to Westminster Hall on the grounds of Parliament. Charles, the new king, his siblings and his sons William and Harry walked behind the carriage, many people on the side of the road weeping as the coffin passed. Since Wednesday evening, the British have been able to personally say goodbye to the Queen in Westminster Hall, the line for this is up to 16 kilometers long.
