Grayscale Removes 5 Crypto Coins From Large Cap Fund

Grayscale, the world’s largest cryptocurrency asset manager. It released an update to the fund’s composition during the second quarter of 2022. However, it was discovered that the company has removed some of the tokens from its portfolio.

Grayscale said that in part Large Cap Select Index Bitcoin Cash, Chainlink, Litecoin, Polkadot and Uniswap have been removed for balance.

The company also sold some of the tokens from the pool while adding that no new tokens were added to the fund.

As of now, the Digital Large Cap Fund comprises Bitcoin (BTC) 68.88%, Ethereum (ETH) 25.22%, Cardano (ADA) 2.71%, Solana (SOL 2.23% and Avalanche (AVAX) 0.96%).

The company has also adjusted its DeFi Fund portfolio by selling some parts to rebalance the fund. They have removed Yearn Finance (YFI) from the fund. and no new tokens were added.

Fund components are Uniswap (UNI) 56.35%, MakerDAO (MKR) 13.49% , Aave (AAVE) 12.44% , Curve DAO Token (CRV) 7.48%, Amp (AMP) 5.52% and Compound (COMP) ) 4.72%.
