Graefelfing – boosters in the Wolfartsklinik – district of Munich

Anyone who has decided to be first and second vaccinated or boosted for 2021 will have the opportunity to do so at various decentralized vaccination days in the district before the end of the year. In the Wolfartklinik in Graefelfing, there are three days of opportunity to put your decision into practice. The hospital offers vaccination options on three mornings: December 18, 29 and 31. The vaccination takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., as long as the Biontech vaccine is sufficient. People from the age of twelve can come to the hospital without registering.

Everyone is welcome, the service is not limited to Graefelfinger and Graefingerinnen, it is said from the clinic. “But you should dress warmly,” advises Claas Hohmann, medical director of the facility. Because only three to four people can be allowed into the clinic at the same time in order to keep the minimum distances. The rest of the vaccinators would therefore have to wait outside until it is their turn. Don’t forget your vaccination certificate and health insurance card. In addition, people who are not fully vaccinated must bring a negative rapid test that is not older than 24 hours. Up to 100 people should be vaccinated in the clinic in one day, if everything goes according to plan. Hohmann hopes that the further deliveries of the corona vaccine will actually arrive. The ration is secured for the first appointment this Saturday.

The Graefelfinger Clinic has already vaccinated its more than 250 employees and their relatives. The employees for the three vaccination days are already practiced in administering the corona vaccine, says Hohmann. But the difficult thing is not the spades themselves, but drawing up the syringes. Two employees from the clinic are authorized to do so, otherwise nobody can get to the syringes. On vaccination days, these would be prepared “just in time” in a separate room. A total of five to seven employees help on the various appointments. The situation of the employees is difficult because the absences due to illness or corona quarantine increased. “The staff is already on the gums, but they still participate,” says the medical director.

A vaccination day will also be offered in Unterhaching shortly before the end of the year. In cooperation with the district of Munich and the Oberhaching vaccination center of Johanniter Unfallhilfe, anyone over the age of twelve can get immunized on Wednesday, December 29, from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the Hachinga Halle, Grünauer Allee 6. However, you have to register in advance. From Sunday, December 19, appointments can be booked via the Bayimco registration portal. Under 30-year-olds only receive the vaccine from Biontech, all older ones receive the vaccine from Moderna. Booster vaccinations are only possible from the age of 18.

The vaccination marathon last weekend in a Pullach orthodontic was already a success, which the general practitioner and orthodontist Fiona Adler would like to repeat, if not even surpass, this Saturday and Sunday. The first time around 800 people were vaccinated, without waiting, as the doctor emphasizes. She is confident that at least as many will leave her practice with a plaster on their shoulders this weekend. The appointments can only be booked online at www.pullach-impft.de.
