A huge fan of Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) made 777 ETH (50 million baht) on the sale of Bored Ape non-fungible token (NFT) on Tuesday night.

This NFT seller made a profit of around 682 ETH, buying Ape on August 1 of last year for $242,000.
The sell took place in spite of the stagnant NFT market conditions as trading volumes for NFTs dropped sharply across all major markets over the past several months.

However, spending $1.5 million to buy Bored Ape NFT hasn’t broken the previous record high. By far the most expensive was Sotheby’s, which auctioned Ape #8817 for $3.4 million in October last year. And in the same month, another rare Ape #8585 sold for $2.7 million at the time, equivalent to 696.969 ETH.
