King of gamblers Jörg Draeger and presenter Daniel Boschmann present three new episodes of the cult game show “Go all out!”.

The Zonk is about to make a comeback. Gambler king Jörg Draeger (76) and presenter Daniel Boschmann (41) bring the cult game show “Go all out!” back on TV. As the broadcaster Sat.1 announced on Thursday, new episodes will be shown on three consecutive Fridays from November 26th at 8:15 p.m. and on Joyn.

“Go all out!” with presenter Draeger ran from Monday to Saturday in the evening program on Sat.1 from 1992 to 1997. Back then, as in the upcoming shows, envelopes, boxes and goals were and will be gambled on. For the candidates it was and is about cash and material prizes or the Consolation Prize Zonk, “the most beautiful rivet on German television”. Draeger tries to cheer them on the latter with charm and by offering sums of money.

“The perfect symbiosis between humans and mythical creatures”

“The Zonk and I, that is a perfect symbiosis between humans and mythical creatures. We are one, that is also what made the success of ‘Go all out!’ “, enthuses Jörg Draeger. He not only moderated this program, “I loved it like my own flesh and blood,” he says. For years he wanted to do a new edition. He has big plans for the upcoming comeback: “I have decided that the nostalgic euphoria of the nineties will withstand what a modern format has to do.”

Daniel Boschmann is already certain: “It’s going to be epic. I’m doing an internship with the Lord of Zonk, the king of gaming, the man in the magic jacket,” he enthuses about his future show colleague. At that time he had “easily seen 3716262718 times” and “learned a lot” from Jörg Draeger. His resolution: “‘Go all out!’ with Jörg on the big stage and I make sure that he doesn’t win everything. “
