Some are happy, many are afraid: the makeover regularly causes the candidates’ hearts to race on “Germany’s Next Top Model”. This year, men are also taking part in the show for the first time. Some of them now also had to sit in the hairdresser’s chair – and suffered more than the women.
Candidate Armin in particular found it difficult to get used to his new short hairstyle. The 27-year-old previously wore a quiff, which he shaped with lots of hairspray. The twins Julian and Luka suffered because the bleach on their heads burned. Participant Jana, on the other hand, patiently endured the hour-long procedure: her brown curls were dyed light blonde. A look that caused mixed reactions on social media.
