GNTM 2024: There will be a winner
In the final, both a male winner and a female winner will be chosen. Both will receive prize money of 100,000 euros and their own cover on Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
The first ten male candidates and ten female candidates have now been officially announced, with more to follow. Filming started in Berlin in October. Heidi Klum selected the participants for the new season at an open casting.
Heidi Klum is also casting men for the first time
Klum revealed last summer that men would also be there in the 19th season. At that time, she posted a video on her Instagram account that was taken on the plane and showed Klum recruiting a flight attendant as a candidate for her show.
Another candidate who has already been confirmed is Tracy Baumgarten. She was a candidate for the 18th GNTM season, but then left voluntarily. In the finale she sat in the audience and addressed Heidi Klum live. “I realized that I let a very big opportunity pass me by and I deeply regret my decision. Heidi, at this point I would like to ask you if you would like me to be part of the next season?” said Baumgarten. Klum then assured the 25-year-old a place in the new season.
