Glonn: lifeless cyclist resuscitated – Ebersberg

Saturday afternoon showed once again that immediate resuscitation measures can save lives. As reported by the police, other road users found a lifeless cyclist next to the road around 2 p.m. on the connecting road between Kreuz and Reinstorf in the municipality of Glonn. They immediately began resuscitation measures and made an emergency call. According to the police, it was initially unclear whether a traffic accident was the cause of the fall. However, no signs of this could be found. The cyclist was resuscitated by the rescue workers and immediately taken to the district clinic in Ebersberg.

According to the police, the identity of the 54-year-old man from Grafing could only be clarified via his cell phone, so that his relatives could be informed. In the hospital, it quickly became clear that the cyclist had suffered a heart attack, and according to the police, third-party negligence can therefore be ruled out.

Thanks to the immediate resuscitation measures by road users, the man’s health is now stable, according to the police.
