Cristiano Ronaldo should shoot Juventus to the Champions League title. According to Gianluigi Buffon, the Portuguese was not a good fit for the club.
Goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has spoken about the negative aspects of signing Cristiano Ronaldo for his ex-club Juventus Turin.
“After my return [von PSG; d. Red.] I worked with Cristiano for two years and we got on well, “the current Parma goalkeeper told TUDN. “But I think Juventus lost their DNA during that time.”
Buffon continued: “When we made it to the Champions League final in 2017, it was due to our unpredictability and the fact that we came up as a unit. Everyone knew what they had to do on the field. That was lost with Ronaldo.”

Ronaldo spent three years with the old lady. In his first year, when Buffon had his interlude in Paris, the chances of the hoped-for success in the premier class were greatest.
