1. The Beginning of the “ZillaSpace Protocol”
Recently, at the BLOCKCHAIN BLOCK PARTY, Ananda Development teamed up with Mr. Top Jirayus, CEO of Bitkub, to launch the ZillaSpace Protocol along with NFT (Non-fungible tokens) named ‘ZillaSpace NFT’ as an initiative in Sharing space for maximum benefit
Mr. Koh Chanon Ruangkritaya, CEO of Ananda Development, revealed the origin of the idea of creating ZillaSpace NFT, saying that the construction and building materials industry currently pollutes the environment by emitting a large amount of Carbon Dioxide (CO₂). 21% per year of total emissions which is a relatively high number, therefore wanting to solve this problem in a sustainable way. At present, Ananda Development’s employees have changed their working style to Work From Anywhere, thus making the office space unused. Ananda would like to solve this problem in order to use this waste floor to develop for the benefit of the public as much as possible.
2. Use Blockchain Technology
The ZillaSpace Protocol project was developed in conjunction with Bitkub. The ZillaSpace NFT uses Blockchain technology through the Bitkub Chain system, a blockchain network developed by Bitkub Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. to enable all users. Get the most convenience and safety in use.
3. Debut of “ZillaSpace NFT”
The first phase of the ZillaSpace Protocol will be the launch of the ZillaSpace NFT that can be acquired and stored in Bitkub wallet. NEXT is functionally similar to a Founding Member (Whitelist) card where holders receive different initial benefits based on their Rarity level.
This NFT is divided into 5 tiers of Rarity, each of which is different in design and privileges that the holder can receive. Each level consists of
Normal > Rare > Super Rare > Elite > Premium
4. Initial privileges for owners of “Zilla Space NFT”
Users can bring a ZillaSpace NFT to Redeem to request spaces based on the NFT-level properties such as co-working spaces, conference rooms, studio rooms and event spaces.
Normal level will get the right to reserve the hot desk area for 4 hours.
Rare level will be eligible to reserve a half-day meeting room space.
Elite tiers are eligible to reserve a full day of the Meeting Room.
Surper Rare tiers are eligible for one Studio Room reservation.
Premium tiers are eligible for one event space reservation.
