Germans are making more calls using landline phones again – Panorama

It may come as a surprise to many that the fixed network is experiencing a renaissance these days. According to a survey by a so-called comparison portal, the proportion of Germans who are currently making phone calls via cable rather than air, i.e. who have a stationary connection, rose from 73 to 81 percent between 2021 and 2022. One explanation for this could be that, before the pandemic, the immensely free, untrammeled and cool open-air communication caused some end users to experience airplane-like turbulence. A grounded line gives many new support.

Constantly querying profile pictures, Okcupid matches or Insta-Reels can sometimes be quite annoying when trying to find inner balance. Just listen to that one voice message!
