Judas Priest can already look back on a long album history. With “Invincible Shield” they have now made it to the top of the German charts for the first time.

The metal band Judas Priest is at the top of the Official Germans for the first time with their new album “Invincible Shield”. Charts conquered. This was announced by GfK Entertainment in Baden-Baden. “Judas Priest has already placed 22 albums, seven of them in the top 10,” explained the chart investigators. “Now the British metal band, founded in 1969, is going one better.”

The rest of the top five albums have also been repositioned: “Kleine Feuer” by Paula Hartmann is in second place, and “Eternal Sunshine” by Ariana Grande is in third place. The Rolling Stones reached number four with their recording “Live At The Wiltern” and rapper Badmómzjay reached number five with “Don’t Trust Bitches”.

In terms of singles, rapper Apache 207 disappeared again from the top five, where he landed at number two last week. The US musician Benson Boone is still at number one with “Beautiful Things” – now in its third week.

The Australian DJ Cyril improved from the six to the two with “Stumblin’ In” – the remix of the 70s hit, made world famous by Chris Norman and Suzi Quatro, probably still has some potential.

The single “Time that something turns” by $oho Bani, Herbert Grönemeyer and Ericson remains in third place, “Texas Hold ‘Em” by Beyoncé in fourth place and “Vois sur ton chemin (Techno Mix)” by Beyoncé in fifth place Bennett.

Billie Eilish’s newly crowned Oscar-winning song “What Was I Made For?” is having a lot of momentum. from the “Barbie film, which made a strong re-entry at number 53,” said GfK Entertainment.
