Gérard Miller targeted by a third complaint for rape of a minor

Psychoanalyst and director Gérard Miller is the subject of a new accusation of sexual violence. Aude G. filed a complaint against Parisian.

This is the third complaint against the psychoanalyst for sexual violence. One of them was revealed by Mediapart and the other, a pre-complaint, by the magazine She, according to testimonies collected by the two media. Furthermore, Gérard Miller is accused by several women of sexual assault and rape, which the person concerned contests.

Regarding this third complaint, the events took place between the end of November and the beginning of December 2001 when the complainant was in her final year of literary studies and aged 17. The accused was 53 years old.

The high school student who is then destined for psychoanalysis “has to write a story in the school newspaper and she sends, like a bottle to the sea, a word on a page of a school notebook, via Europe 1”, to Gérard Miller, reports his lawyer at the microphone of BFM-TV. The complainant and her friend specified their ages in the letter they sent.

“He offers a hypnosis session”

The two high school girls receive “amazed at the response that they didn’t even expect and went to a first meeting with a classmate, which seemed not to entirely please Gérard Miller who was thinking of welcoming Aude and Audrey”, and not the one he described as ” bodyguard “ of the two young girls, according to the comments reported by Me Marie-Paule Pioli. On a second date, “he offers a hypnosis session”. If the complainant is interested, her friend refuses, to which Gérard Miller responds “it’s both or nothing, so they’re leaving again”, continues the lawyer.

During a third meeting, Aude G. “is invited by Gérard Miller to a brunch which takes place in the presence of Laurent Ruquier. At the end of the brunch she accompanies [M. Miller] at his house, where she had already been. But the (…) she feels oppressed, more or less vigilant, more or less well, a little groggy, a little haggard.” The complainant does not know if she is under hypnosis. “She doesn’t remember.” So I cannot say today that she was subjected to a chemical substance that would have been put in her drink or not, or in her food,” specifies Me Marie-Paule Pioli.

It was during this meeting that the psychoanalyst “commits on [Aude G.] acts first of sexual assault, and then rape by fellatio which he imposes on her”, reports the lawyer.
