There aren’t enough drugs to convince him: George Clooney is never coming back as Batman.

George Clooney (62) recently made a mini-appearance in “The Flash” as Bruce Wayne – but he never wants to embody his alter ego Batman again. In one In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Clooney was asked how he could be convinced to slip back into the Dark Knight’s latex suit. His dry answer: “I don’t think there are enough drugs in the world to do that again.”

But then why did he even appear in “The Flash”? “There’s been so much push for me to come back as Batman, as you know,” Clooney told Entertainment Tonight, not entirely seriously. “There was an outcry.” He then asked where his rubber nipples from “Batman & Robin” (1997) were, Clooney continued. Also anything but serious.

It’s not just because of the infamous rubber nipples on the Batsuit that “Batman & Robin” is considered legendarily bad. Clooney’s only appearance as Batman until “The Flash” is considered the low point in the series about the Dark Knight from Gotham. The actor has joked in the past that he wouldn’t let his wife Amal Clooney (45) watch the film.

Batman meeting in “The Flash”

In fact, George Clooney is said to have agreed to appear as Bruce Wayne in The Flash because he liked the film. At least that’s what “Flash” director Andy Muschietti (50) said.

Clooney isn’t the only ex-Batman actor to appear in The Flash’s first solo. Michael Keaton (72), who played the Bat Man in 1989 and 1992, even plays a major role. Ben Affleck (51) also stops by in another dimension as Batman. And as a final gag, Barry Allen aka The Flash meets Clooney’s Bruce Wayne in another reality.
