Anyone who visits the South Tyrolean Archeology Museum in Bolzano will eventually come face to face with it. About 1.60 meters tall, a life reconstruction of Ötzi turns his head towards the visitors: with long hair, parted at the front, slightly matted at the back, with a gray mottled beard and narrowed eyes behind a bulbous nose. The upper body of the figure is naked, the Iceman is also only lightly clad around his waist, revealing his tanned, but rather light, Central European skin.
