A serious accident triggered a large-scale rescue operation in Geldern: a six-year-old fell from a window on the seventh floor. The boy survived with serious injuries.

A six-year-old boy survived a fall from a seventh-floor apartment in Geldern, Lower Rhine, with serious injuries. As the “Bild” newspaper reported, the incident occurred on Saturday evening. Rescue workers rushed to the apartment building. After first aid from paramedics and one The boy was flown to a special clinic in a rescue helicopter by an emergency doctor on site, the police reported on Sunday in Kleve. There is no danger to life.

According to previous findings, the child opened a window in an unguarded moment and fell into a green area. There is currently no evidence of foul play.
