The German Locomotive Drivers’ Union (GDL) has already declared negotiations to have failed after the second round of collective bargaining with Deutsche Bahn, as GDL boss Claus Weselsky announced in Berlin on Friday. Now the GDL wants to strike the railway again. The timing is still open.
