Garching. Open-air cinema in the Theatron – district of Munich

A situation comedy about a handicapped flat share that smuggles black money out of Switzerland – the plot alone of the film “Die Goldfische”, which the association “Lebendiges Garching” is showing in the Theatron on Friday, August 26, sounds promising. The film was originally scheduled to run this Friday, August 19th. But because bad weather is expected, it was postponed by a week. In any case, the cast list already stands for quality and pleasure: in addition to Tom Schilling, Birgit Minichmayr and Jella Haase, who became known as “Chantal” in “Fack ju Göthe”, Luisa Wöllisch can also be seen in the 2019 comedy, who has been there since she was born (1996) lives with Down syndrome, now works as an actress at the Munich Kammerspiele and was awarded the Bavarian Culture Prize in 2021. The open-air performance in the Theatron of the Garching Music School starts at 8.30 p.m., admission is from 8 p.m. It is best to bring a seat pad with you to the event, which is organized by the “Lebendiges Garching” association in cooperation with the cultural department and music school as well as the North Adult Education Center. Admission is free, small donations are welcome. Snacks and drinks are also offered. If it rains, the cinema evening will be cancelled.
