An employee of the city of Coburg found the garbage bag with the inscription “Caution” in front of the town hall on Saturday morning. At first glance, the woman recognized several containers with liquids and cables in the bag. She alerted the police. Because of a document on the bag, the police are currently assuming that a 54-year-old man from Coburg known to the police could have placed the bag in front of the town hall. The man is now well known, the handwriting points to him, said the police spokesman. The Coburg police are investigating an offense of disturbing the public peace by threatening to commit a crime.
