Galthié unveils his list for the World Cup, with Jelonch, Jaminet and Baille

The list had been known for a few hours already, but this time it is official. Coach Fabien Galthié was present on the TF1 1 p.m. news set to reveal the identity of the 33 players selected for the World Cup which starts on September 8 in France. Among these, the third line Anthony Jelonch, in the recovery phase after an injury, and the pillar Cyril Baille, injured. Back Brice Dulin, to whom Galthié preferred Melvyn Jaminet, and scrum half Baptiste Serin, however, were not selected.

Among the blues, we note the presence of young Louis Bielle-Biarrey, who is ahead of Ethan Dumortier, and Paul Boudehent, who wins in the finish against Dylan Cretin and Yoan Tanga in the hierarchy. All these beautiful people will now take the road to Marcoussis, for the final stretch of preparation before the start of the World Cup. The Blues will play a final test match, against Australia, Sunday (5:45 p.m.), at the Stade de France.

Placed in pool A, the XV of France will face New Zealand in the opening match on September 8, before playing Uruguay (September 14), Namibia (September 21) and Italy (October 6).
