Gabriel Attal announces an “exceptional bonus” of 380 euros for 500,000 teachers, and 500 euros for 230,000 other agents

Around 730,000 national education agents will receive a “exceptional purchasing power bonus” at the same time as their October salary, announced the Minister of National Education Gabriel Attal, Thursday September 28, on the set of the TF1 television news. This bonus will be 380 euros for teachers and 500 euros for other agents, he said.

“In October, we will pay an exceptional purchasing power bonus to 730,000 ministry agents, that’s more than one in two”, said the minister. In details, “500,000 teachers (…) will have an average of 380 euros” and 230,000 “other personnel”particularly those accompanying students with disabilities (AESH), will receive on average 500 euros, explained Gabriel Attal.
