China’s head of state and party leader Xi Jinping will not travel to India for the G20 summit. Prime Minister Li Qiang will lead the Chinese delegation, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said in Beijing on Monday. The heads of state and government of the G20 countries will meet in New Delhi next weekend.
