In a short prelude to this edition of “Hart aber fair”, moderator Louis Klamroth asks his guest Frank Schätzing where the Federal Republic of Germany stands in terms of climate protection, almost two decades after the publication of his world bestseller “Der Schwarm”. Let’s put it that way, says Schätzing, “the coma patient in Germany can be talked to again after years of dozing and recognizes his surroundings”.
