Frank Briegmann, 55, is sitting in his office in Berlin, behind him a large black and white photo of Lady Gaga. He has been with Universal Music since 2004 and is responsible for the European business of the world’s largest music company. Completely different artists such as Rammstein, Helene Fischer, Abba and Taylor Swift are under contract. This means that Universal Music also tops the charts for the best-selling albums in Germany.
