France wins the competition for the third time!

A second victory in a row for France! With his song Heart, Zoé Clauzure won the 21st edition of Junior Eurovision which was held this Sunday afternoon at the Palais Nikaïa in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). She succeeds Lissandro who won during the 2022 edition.

Since its return in 2018, in this competition reserved for child artists aged 9 to 14, France has always appeared in the Top 5 and has triumphed three times in the last four years.

228 points in total

Zoé Clauzure collected 136 points from the national juries and 92 points from the public votes, for a total of 228 points. Spain and Armenia complete the podium with 201 points and 180 points respectively.

Sixteen countries were competing in this edition. Estonia, participating for the first time, finished 15th. The competition was broadcast live on France 2. Olivier Minne and Laury Thilleman provided the presentation on stage while Stéphane Bern and Carla Lazzari were responsible for commenting on the event on the second channel.

Last year, the 21st edition of the competition was followed by just over 30 million viewers worldwide, including 1.1 million on France 2.
