He asked “forgiveness”, while denying any attraction for children. After two days of hearing before the assizes of Vendée, a 32-year-old man was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Tuesday evening. This father was tried for the rape of his baby, only two weeks old at the time of the facts, by imposing fellatio on him, reports the newspaper West France. A “drive”, justified the accused described by the experts as a “pervert”, “jealous” of the infant.
Parental authority withdrawn
The case broke out in the summer of 2019 when the individual was caught filming with his cell phone in the showers of a campsite. The investigators then seized his phone on which were stored around 50,000 pornographic images, some of which depicted children (including his own) or animals.
According to West France, a ten-year socio-judicial follow-up, with a care order, will be imposed on this father upon his release from prison. His parental authority was also withdrawn.
