Found it!! Paxos admits to missing 0.07 BTC transfer and accidentally paying 20 BTC in fees

Paxos claims to be responsible for paying large Bitcoin (BTC) transaction fees. The transaction occurred on Sept. 10. The company attempted to send 0.07 BTC (approximately $2,000) but included a $20 sending fee. BTC (approximately $500,000)

“Paxos overpaid BTC network fees on September 10, 2023. This only affected Paxos corporate operations, with Paxos customers and users not affected. And all customer funds are safe.”
