A man and his two daughters were injured in an accident on Wednesday morning in Forstenried. The three were cycling. The younger daughter, four years old, was in a child seat mounted on her father’s bike. The six-year-old daughter drove on a so-called trailer. This was attached to the father’s bike, but the child can pedal himself.
The trio drove out of town on Forstenrieder Allee around 8:20 a.m. For reasons that are still unclear, there was a collision with a taxi that was traveling in the same direction. The father suffered minor injuries and the daughters suffered moderate injuries. Paramedics took the three injured to the hospital. The taxi driver was not injured. The cause of the accident is now being investigated by the police.
