It stays cold in Germany. Expect drizzle, snow or sleet. A cloudy Monday is imminent in many places.

With the approach of low “Björn” increasingly changeable and wet and cold weather in Germany must be expected. On Sunday, the sun can still show up for a long time in the direction of the Hochrhein. Otherwise, according to the German Weather Service (DWD), it will mostly remain overcast like high fog, and at times it will drizzle or flake out of the dense cloud cover. In the mountains, freezing drizzle can also make it slippery. The maximum values ​​​​reach up to eight degrees.

According to forecasts by meteorologists, there could be wet snow in a strip from Hamburg/Berlin to Bremen/Hanover/Magdeburg on Monday night. A few centimeters of fresh snow are possible in these regions. Away from this strip, the cloudy and only slightly changeable weather with some drizzle, snow or sleet will continue.

During the course of the day on Monday, according to the DWD, it will remain overcast and cloudy with repeated light precipitation. Depending on intensity and altitude, these can fall as rain, sleet or snow. The temperatures will reach 2 to 6 degrees at the start of the week.
