B12 Anchorman®. active ingredient: Cyanocobalamin 1000 μg. Composition: 1 coated tablet containing: medicinal product. works. Ingredients: Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1000 μg. Otherwise. Ingredients: Povidone K 30, stearic acid (Ph. Eur.) [pflanzlich], montan glycol wax, lactose monohydrate, sucrose, spray-dried arabic gum, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide (E 171), white clay, macrogol 6000, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate (Ph. Eur.), sodium dodecyl sulfate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 15 mPa*s, hydroxypropyl cellulose (Ph. Eur.), medium chain triglycerides. Areas of application: Treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency states, i.e. caused by malnutrition, treatment. (maintenance therapy) of vitamin B12 deficiency states, e.g. B. as a result of impaired absorption of vitamin B12, permanent treatment. a pernicious anemia induced by vitamin B12 deficiency after normalization d. Blood values. The treatment egg. pernicious anemia or neurological. Symptoms are administered parenterally at the beginning until they return to normal. Blood values. B12 Anchorman® is recommended for adults. Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity to Cyanocobalamin or a d. otherwise. Passes. B12 Anchorman® must not be used to treat megaloblastic anemia, i.e. exclusively caused by a folic acid deficiency. B12 Anchorman® must not be used on patients, i.e. must undergo cyanide detoxification (e.g. patients with tobacco-related amblyopia or retrobulbar neuritis in pernicious anemia). In these cases, another cobalamin derivative must be administered. Patients with B12 deficiency who are at risk of Leber optic atrophy may be treated. B12 deficiency cannot be treated with cyanocobalamin. B12 Anchorman® May not be used in patients with amblyopia caused by tobacco or alcohol. Side effects: Uncommon: Severe hypersensitivity reactions, i.e. can manifest in the form of hives, rashes or itching in large areas of the body.
