Former football superstar Tom Brady has responded to current return rumors with humor. “Anyone who thinks I have time to come back to the NFL has never adopted a two-month-old kitten for their daughter,” the seven-time Super Bowl winner wrote on Twitter.
NFL expert Rich Eisen had speculated on Brady’s return on his show and linked the retired star quarterback to the Miami Dolphins.
The most successful football professional had ended his career on February 1 and emphasized that this was “forever”. When Brady first retired, he backed out after 40 days and had one more season to go.
Brady volunteered at an animal shelter last year and adopted the kitten mentioned in the tweet along with his kids.
