Dominik A. Ewald still sounds a bit stuffy. “It just got to me too, I’m still not completely healthy again,” says the Bavarian state association chairman of the professional association of paediatricians on the phone. Ewald struck down the influenza, making him one of many adults and especially children in Bavaria. The flu season usually doesn’t start until January, but this year it’s already in full swing.
