The fact that Florence Kasumba belongs to the A-League of film stars is already evident from the fact that there is a security guard for the loaned jewelery provided by a company, which she wears in a Berlin hotel on the day of the interview. The 46-year-old actress, musical performer and “Tatort” inspector is also exceptional in other respects: she is one of the few Germans to have made it into American blockbusters. In the new Marvel production “Black Panther – Wakanda Forever” she again plays the warrior Ayo, who must protect the kingdom of Wakanda.
