Those who are up to 26 years old and come from Munich can submit their films – including music, mobile phone and YouTube clips – to the youth film festival Flimmern&Rauschen from now until December 10th. The topics of the contributions can be chosen freely, and prizes with a total value of up to 4,000 euros can be won. In addition, interested parties from the Munich youth film scene between the ages of 16 and 24 are wanted as junior festival directors who want to help shape the next three-day edition of Flimmern&Rauschen in spring 2024 and also want to play a leading role in Glitch&Noise, the lecture format for young filmmakers.
