five college students who terrorized their comrades in Saint-Brieuc arrested

They brought hell to their comrades from the Jean-Macé college in Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor). Five 14-year-olds were arrested and taken into custody midweek. They are suspected of having harassed college students since the start of the school year in September.

According to West France, twenty-two complaints were filed against them. The victims, often sixth or fifth graders, would have suffered bullying or jostling. Some were also reportedly locked in the toilets.

Brought before a juvenile judge

The case broke out at the end of March and the Saint-Brieuc prosecutor’s office took up the case. The college had immediately set up a psychological unit and had excluded the five college students involved.

Three of them were presented to the prosecution. They will be presented in July before a judge for children. The two other minors implicated, involved to a lesser degree, will also have to explain themselves later in court.
