“We have to investigate the causes of why we weren’t up to par physically and mentally,” announced the 43-year-old.
The Champions League participants had given a frighteningly weak performance in the first round guest appearance with the leaders of the 3rd division. “We didn’t play well – neither offensively nor defensively. The performance today was insufficient in every respect,” criticized Seoane, adding: “We will have to address the fact that on day X you have to bring in a minimum level of certain virtues.”
Midfielder Robert Andrich also called for a relentless internal debate. “That was a catastrophic performance from us right from the start – both offensively and defensively. We were always a step too late, mentally not fast enough. It can’t go on like this, we’ll address that. Everyone’s on board,” he said 27 year old.
