According to information from Progress, the victim, driving a motorcycle, violently collided with a car coming from the opposite direction. Father of two children, the biker was a professional firefighter at the Montbrison barracks, said the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (Sdis) 42, specifying that he was “returning from duty” when the accident occurred.
The local daily recalls that, since the beginning of the year, it is the fourth driver of a motorcycle who has lost his life in the department.
