On the night of Sunday to Monday, a firefighter died in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis) while fighting a car fire in an underground car park, Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin announced on Twitter. But, according to France Bleu, the firefighters of Paris specify that the intervention had “no link” with the urban violence in progress since the death of Nahel in Nanterre.
